4 How to search the Grey literatre Grey literatre consists of articles that are typically not fond within peer-reviewed articles and jornals. Typically this search is labor intensive and reqires strict vetting of articles. Search engines typically mst be broad engines, sch as Google. Google Scholar and Pbmed are typically too narrow.

Review describes this process and the its application. Trainees are generally self sfficient, edcated, and motivated. Assessment based on Miller s Pyramid.

10 Resorce 4: Challenges in Developing Competency Based Training Crriclm for Food Safety Reglators in India Goals were to Identify competencies, develop a CB training crriclm, and develop training materials to train the workforce. Five training modles were developed. Major challenge is implementation and resorces for implementation. Crriclm Design: In-depth review of syllabs and assessment. Review of international materials with a dedicated research team. Mltiple workshops and grop meetings to assemble the final crriclm.
