Our treatment philosophies emphasize patient education and achieving independence in symptom management. Elite Physical Therapy does not experience significant turn over of clinical staff, indicating a high level of employee satisfaction. 4 BENEFITS In addition to working with the smartest and best looking bunch of PTs in the area, there are some other perks to working with us. We think you'll like them. MEDICAL PLAN Elite Physical Therapy currently offers a group medical plan. Elite pays a significant portion of the employee premium. Health is important to us! CUSTOMIZABLE BENEFITS THROUGH AFLAC Benefits such as dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, hospital coverage, etc. are eligible to our employees through Aflac. This allows you to pick the benefits that are important to you. RETIREMENT CONTRIBUTIONS Elite Physical Therapy provides you the opportunity to contribute to your retirement through a SIMPLE IRA plan and has a matching contribution program. That s free money! CONTINUING EDUCATION ALLOWANCE Elite Physical Therapy provides all clinical staff with a continuing education allowance. Continuing education funds may be used for course costs, material costs, food/lodging, and/or travel expenses. However, it does not cover your trip to the local amusement park and stuffed animal souvenir. NEW GRADUATE MENTORING New graduates are given a mentoring plan with their employment offer. We won t leave you to fend for yourself. Unless food is involved. Then it s every therapist for themselves.

IN-HOUSE CLINICAL SUPPORT Clinical staff meet each week to discuss patient care and clinical topics. Sometimes there are treats! MASSAGE BENEFITS Employees may utilize massage therapy at a rate of $30 per hour. Additionally, spouses of employees may utilize one massage per month at the $30/hr rate. (Don t tell your spouse about this unless you are serious about working for us. Otherwise they won t let you live it down.) MALPRACTICE INSURANCE Each employee is covered under Elite's Professional Liability policy. But let s not utilize this benefit, ok? Elite Physical Therapy recognizes that different employees value different things. Because of this fact, we feel that a one size fits all approach to benefits isn t the best model to achieve an employment agreement that is satisfactory to both parties. While we strive to extend initial offers that we feel will meet your needs, we welcome negotiation to ensure that the final employment agreement reflects the benefits that you value.
