5 Welcome plan F :;<3=16>328 Responsibility We are conscious that the success of a business is a reflec)on of the professionalism, behavior and the responsible aftude of the people who compose it. Therefore, hiring the right people, ongoing training and a good professional development are key factors. We encourage connuous progress through training and enhance professional skills in all levels of the organiza- on offering professional promoons taking into account the merits of each one, without disncon of color, age, naonality, religion, gender, disability, age, or any other favored group under naonal law. Professional competence, experience and the ability and willingness to implement the Basic Principles of Management and Leadership are the main criteria for promoon. The job calendar are available at Human Resources Department (HHRR), where you can ask for them. The number of vacaon DAYS is set in the working calendar of each work centre. The workers incorporated in the year will have the proporonal part of these vacaon hours. The leave permits will be applied for through a form available at the HHRR Department. It must be handled in the days previous to the enjoyment. Once the reason for the permit is finished, you must handle to HHRR Department a cerficate which proves the permit. You must also apply for a permit to carry out extra work acvies during the working day such as teaching courses, lectures and conferences. This Hosng Plan will be completed with a SPECIFIC ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH AND SAFETY TRAINING IN JOB, given by the plant s Environmental and H&S Technicians. When acceding to the building and/or exing from it you must mark on the signing system the corresponding incidence. During the training and inial informaon, the H&S will explain to you the EMERGENCY PLAN as well as the acons to be carried out during an emergency. Each company s group has a Hired health and safety service (in Spain workplace). Apart, has its own specialized technicians to which you can ask for help if you have any doubt regarding H&S and environmental ma9ers.

6 Job performance You will find the Quality Control and Environment staff with technical knowledge to which you can ask if you have any doubt in the operaons and acceptance criteria requested in your job. Check that you have the work instrucons in ma9er of quality, health & safety and environment, necessary for the development of acvies depending from you. It is important to observe and follow those work instrucons which are applicable to your job. Inform the quality and environment staff about any deviaon from the internally established requirements or those established by the clients. Speak to your direct boss to solve any doubt you may have. Each of us are responsible of watching over the compliance of our job requirements, watching over the compliance with the current legislaon. Keep the order and cleanliness in the facilies. You must know that there are periodical follow up inspecons on their state. Collaborate in the waste segregaon both dangerous and no dangerous and generated during the performance of your acvies. Throw the waste in the containers fit up and idenfied for each of them at the facilies. Do not make any discharge of substances. Incineraons are forbidden.

7 Obliga)ons Remember you are in an industrial environment, with risk of finding objects, cables, parts, etc.. on the ground, so be given the greatest a9enon when traveling on the compound, even when I do the corridors marked. Both during a visit as during work at the plant is obliged to wear safety shoes, helmet, safety glasses, hearing protecon and reflecve vest. For this reason it is forbidden handling any type of electrical installaon, including electrical cabinets that can be opened. 8 H&S golden rules 1. I will come to work in perfect condions and will always be alert to report any incident that affects the safety of personnel, equipment and facilies. 2. I will protect my personal safety and safety of my colleagues and third pares who are in the facilies. 3. I will respect at all )mes the rules for handling loads and will never stay under suspended loads or near the same area. 4. I will make sure that all auxiliary elements used for liiing loads are in good condi- on and are suitable for the work to be done. 5. I will avoid failed efforts using mechanical means available and when it is not possible I shall request help to my colleagues. 6. I do not disable, or modify the safety of machinery, equipment and tools also watching no one does it. 7. Always I will use the eye and face protecons regardless of how long they last the tasks to be performed. 8. I will use the means of preven)on and fall protecon in all jobs which require it. 9. I will use hearing protectors as a prevenve measure when exposed to noise. 10. I will contribute to the order and cleanliness as well as segregang waste generated fulfilling the dues assigned to my job, and the environment where this acvi- es are carried out. 11. I will respect the rules and safety signs and correctly will use the Personal Protecve Equipment assigned to each job. In case of doubt I will consult it with my superior.

9 Tobacco, alcohol y drugs Daniel Alonso Group sets the objecve of prevenng, improving and maintaining the health and welfare of its employees, ensuring the condions that allow adequate performance of their dues. We are aware that smoking, alcohol and / or illicit drug use, generates damaging and harmful to the safety and health of employees effects, interfere with the produc- vity and efficiency of work and workers, and compromises professionals and company performance. Therefore Daniel Alonso Group adopts the following guidelines aimed at its employees, to ensure compliance with its policy: Smoking: Under current legislaon, smoking is prohibited inside the facilies of any of the Group companies and our customers. Drugs: The consumpon, possession, distribuon and drug sales within our facilies or the facilies of our customers and/or suppliers during the workday, is strictly prohibited. Alcohol: Likewise, consumpon, possession, distribuon and sale of alcoholic drinks within our facilies or the facilies of our customers and / or suppliers during the workday, is strictly prohibited. 10 Road safety As a company commi9ed to safety we believe within our competences that the main mission of this Policy will be to improve road safety on the part of our employees, contractors and subcontractors, in a way that the accident rates associated with this cause, go to the total reducon. To fulfill this commitment it will be necessary to establish a series of fundamental principles, which must be assumed by each of the actors of the organizaon and serve as a guide for all our acons. All the principles of acon reflect the commitment with the road safety of the Top Management and its fulfillment will be responsibility of the set of employees, contractors and subcontractors of the organizaon, which will parcipate in the acvies that are programmed and developed by the company, with the ulmate goal of reducing the probability of occurrence of accidents that may affect the physical, mental and social integrity not only of personnel, contractors, subcontractors but also of the community and / or environment. We will disseminate the road safety culture among all users of the road: employees, contractors and subcontractors, promong safe mobility inia- ves, as well as the understanding of road safety in working life as an aspect of improvement. We will promote the awareness of our staff and of contractors and subcontractors, through strategies that guide them on the road to the preven- on of traffic accidents, such as respecng traffic signals, or adopng proacve behaviors in front of the defensive handling of the vehicle, as well as facilitang the users of the road, the necessary informaon that guarantees safe mobility on their journeys. We will promote the fulfillment of the legal requirements regarding labor road safety. We will especially ensure compliance with the requirements established in the Naonal Land Traffic Code according to the law 769/2002, which directs the principles in terms of safety, quality, preserva- on of a healthy environment and the protecon of public space. We will allocate the financial, human and technical resources that are necessary in compliance with the commitments of this policy. We will include road safety within the prevenon of occupaonal risks, so that any employee, contractors and subcontractors assume the obligaon to comply with the requirements and standards established by the company. We will monitor the responsibility of our personnel and contractors in front of the realizaon of the prevenve and correcve maintenance of the vehicles, provided for the exercise of their work, in order to maintain their opmal performance. We will consider as a basic element in the management of work processes, the connuous improvement of Road Safety, for which the associates of this Policy will be integrated within the objecves and indicators of the organizaon. We will maintain and encourage a direct and fluid contact with the interested pares, guaranteeing communicaon in the ma9er, collaborang with naonal and internaonal organizaons and companies, in order to favor the exchange of knowledge and good pracces.
