Summarizing. Developing working hypotheses for describing the problems and technical solutions in the context of environmental performance. The program has a great focus and a simplified procedure for the participation of innovative small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The training is aimed at awareness of the program and accelerated the participation of Moldovan SMEs.
