Job Description: Cashier Analyzer team is responsible for monitoring all the incoming transactions of the customers, running electronic verifications, verbally verifying customers and requesting KYC documents where needed, identifying possible fraud and checking upon withdrawal requests. Training is provided. Shift work is required. Cashier Analyzer staff work on rotating shifts: 4 Morning Shifts (7am 4pm) 2 Days Off 2 Middle Shifts (1pm 9pm) 2 Night Shifts (12am 7 am) 2 Days Off 4 Evening Shifts (4pm 12am) Strong communications skills. Daily reports and processing customers payouts. Accepting and authorizing KYC documents. Prevention of incoming fraudulent transactions and extra checks on deposit issues. Research, reduce and find/solve fraud cases. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and methods to detect and prevent fraud. Serve as the escalation point for fraud and fairness related inquiries. Conduct research to validate withdrawals for authorization. Ensuring that withdrawal requests from players are handled in a swift and secure manner.
