They do a phenomenal job and servicing and maintaining our facility and we would recommend them and their services to anyone. Diamond Pool service is exceptional. They are courteous, efficient, and timely with their scheduling. Diamond Pools has been a pleasure to work with since the first time I contacted them. They are very easy to deal with whether it's with the office staff or whether it's with the service crew. They are always very helpful in scheduling pool openings or closings, and the service crews are always very... Great company. They have been servicing my pool over 10 years and do an outstanding job. Diamond Pool has been servicing our condo complex pool more than 13 years. They are very responsive to any requests and go out of their way to resolve problems that may arise in a very timely manner, resulting in minimal, if any, down time the pool. The staff is very friendly and courteous. If they are busy and I leave a message they get right back to me. I have recommended Diamond Pool to friends and they also were satisfied with this company. I have used Diamond Pool all services pertaining to my in-ground pool 20 years. I am completely satisfied with the maintenance, repairs, suggestions given by the staff. Everyone!!!! none Every Everyone is extremely professional, monitors my needs, has my supplies arrive on time, never late on scheduled appointments, keeps in constant contact. I rate this company AAA+. This is my 12th year with Diamond Pool and I wouldn't have anyone else! Thanks Lynette, Gary and staff. Lynette Shemanski and the entire staff are always quick to help us resolve any problems. Their service was always outstanding Every employee at Diamond Pool and Spa, Inc have been wonderful to work with. It is very hard to recognize one employee exceptional service.
