JOB SUMMARY T prvide internal and external supprt t clients, vendrs, staff, and the Legal Services Divisin. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage existing client accunts and wrk in tandem with the sales representatives with n-barding new client accunts. Includes accunt set-up, maintenance cmmunicatins, respnding t custmer inquiries and issues, billing/invicing custmers, and initiating the renewal prcess. Represents FCS by develping and maintaining cmprehensive knwledge f FCS slutins, industry trends and general business acumen thrugh varius surces. Vendr Relatinship Management Supprt the Registered Agent and Service f Prcess (SOP) prduct lines, clients, Service Cnsultants, Annuity Based Services, and the Legal Services Divisins in all aspects f grwth. Appear in curt if needed, r as allwed by state law, n behalf f FCS as it relates t bench warrants, r FCS being wrngly named in suits. Train, educate, and develp prcesses and prcedures as they relate t the divisin s needs. Manage the RA Resignatin prcess. Manage prjects, in part r in full, fr:

2 Change f Agent. Annual Reprt Management. Yearly recrds updates t btain fficers and directrs per states like DE. Updates fr fficers and directrs fr states like NV and WY. SOS Web-listings and Cmmercial Registered Agent Licensing. SOS Annual/Biannual Reprts, Business Licenses, and Tax Returns. Develp resurces and tls needed. Audit accunts s that they are under FCS in each state. Participate in the develpment f blgs, s, r ther means f marketing. Review and audit appintment, date, and vlumes as it relates t managing RA units. Supprt the needs f the Legal Services Divisin Manager, and ther divisin managers, when nt immediately available r ut f the ffice. Participate in the daily versight and wrklad f LSD staff and yearly perfrmance review cntributin. SOP RA Address and SOS Crprate Vendrs. Participate with annual, r semi-annual, vendr audits f servicing abilities and rate negtiatin. Cmmunicate RA ffice address mves. Whlesale RA daily cntacts with sme high-level cntacts as it relates t crprate and RA services. Invice auditing and apprval fr RA Address and ther service invices as needed. Manage the cllectins prcess with ther managers as it relates t RA Invices. Maintain prper dcumentatin. Client Management Assist with client visits and training. Ensure the highest level f bth service and client satisfactin acrss all prduct line fferings t retain, satisfy and fulfill the needs f the FCS Custmer. Anticipate client s needs as changes are made r learned. Participate in the nging imprvement f the client experience and divisin. Cntact with Sales and Management Maintain reciprcal partnerships with sales and ther departments. Identify and frward new business pprtunities. Reslve client issues and knw when t cmmunicate r invlve sales in client issues. Dcument, fllw up, r assign leads. Participate with managers when utside cunsel is retained.

Participate in drafting, prfing, r revising perating prcedures r ther dcumentatin relating t cnsistency and best practices. Serve as back up staff as needed. Maintain industry knwledge with changes thrugh interactins/websites, assciatins, and cmpetitin NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Practively pursue prfessinal develpment activities (e.g., reviewing prfessinal publicatins, establishing persnal netwrks, cntinuus industry training and updates). Perfrm varius ther jb-related duties as prescribed by cmpany and departmental need. Crss train with team and ther departments. Serve as departmental cverage as needed AND ther duties as directed by Manager. Assist Manager with special prjects and reprts. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS *Includes Physical and Mental Requirements* Educatin Minimum Educatin: High Schl Diplma. Experience 4 years f custmer service experience in any capacity. At least 2 years experience wrking in a deadline driven envirnment with cncentratin n quality. Knwledge, Skills and Abilities High cmpetence f cmputer applicatins including full Micrsft Suite and internet searching. Cmpetent in PDF Studi Pr, Adbe Acrbat, Salesfrce and a paperless wrk envirnment. Strng cmmunicatin skills with reading, writing, speaking and cmmand f the English language. Strng, balanced relatinship-building and interpersnal skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Educatin Sme cllege r bachelr's degree in business-related field. Experience Prir experience in risk management, cmpliance, UCC, public recrd, finance r legal industry.
