We are looking for skills, attitude and motivation. Some of that is, of course, academic we prefer a minimum of AAB at A level or equivalent, and a 2:1 or above at degree in any discipline. However successful lawyers have many strings to their bow, so we are also looking for strong interpersonal and communication skills, and commercial astuteness.
