3 Our Roles & Career Path What s in it for me? Candidate Manager This role is very people oriented and requires a high level of attention to detail. It is an entry level position into recruitment that focuses on developing and maintaining a quality candidate talent pool in a high volume division. This fast paced and varied role would be great for someone looking to kick start their career in recruitment, and become an expert in your field. Associate Consultant In this position, you will be working under the guidance of a highly experienced recruiter by assisting in the management of the full recruitment process in addition to liaising with clients and candidates. You will be sourcing skilled talent for permanent or contract roles through our database and utilising other sources to identify suitable candidates. Consultant This role encompasses the end-to-end recruitment process, where you will conduct business development to build a pipeline of work and deepen your knowledge and expertise within you area of specialisation. In this position you will be client focussed and may have line manager responsibilities for the delivery team. Manager This role involves the addition of management responsibilities for a small delivery team. In addition to the end-to-end recruitment process, you will be responsible for people development, business development and account management. Director As a Director, you will have full responsibility for one of our key practices. This includes coaching, developing, hiring, induction and management of all team members within the practice. In this role, you will be responsible for business success and leading others to be their best.
