Key Responsibilities: Responsible for conducting a thorough review and execution of loan assignment agreements to transfer various loan positions amongst investors and ensure credit agreement compliance across all Citi agented facilities. Coordinate trade closing and proactively communicate with Citi's customers to minimize agency delays while maintaining a portfolio of 300+ open trades. Ensure accurate record keeping of traded positions for Citi-Agented facilities in Citi's proprietary systems and perform reconciliation to identify and rectify systemic fails that may occur. Work directly with loan underwriting to assist in completing various loan activity within set time frames, perform daily loan pay downs, and maintain all cash movement while performing activity reconciliation. Must demonstrate an ability to interpret and understand various Loan Credit Agreements to better educate and serve our customers regarding intricacies of the agreements. Provide management with daily updates on activities, review issues and concerns within the assigned portfolio, and dimension solutions to achieve client satisfaction. Develop strong working relationships with internal and external counterparties to ensure accurate execution of trades. Pro-actively identify and work to resolve potential risk and legal issues while accurately communicating pending concerns to all affected parties. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree or equivalent job experience. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word) with focus on Excel. Exceptional written and verbal communication. Must think independently to resolve unique issues. Must be able to handle highly demanding external counterparties and internal clients such as trading desks and platinum accounts. Able to effectively analyze legal documentation such as credit agreements. Understanding of capital market operations and syndicated loan trading preferred but not required. 13 Position Title: IT Java Developer Requisition Number: Location: Jacksonville, FL Job Overview: The IT Java Developer position will be a hands-on role within the Citi Retail Services Desktop Systems team. This person will join a highly dynamic team to build, integrate, and provide on-going support for time-sensitive projects involving the Citi Retail Services Customer Service Desktop. The successful candidate will be involved in design decisions, a proponent of best practices, highly engaged with partners/the business and other technical teams, and lead/participate in complex coding challenges. Qualifications: B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Hands-On technical experience in Java, HTML5, Spring Framework, Java Script, and Oracle. Salesforce and/or Apex development experience is a plus Working knowledge of MS Office desktop tools (Visio, MS Project, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel).
