11 II. MOT & ELT ROADMAP TRG. MANAGERS & ORGANIZATIONAL HEADS BE COMPULSORILY SENT FOR MOT TRG. IN THE TWO INSTITUTES INADEQUATE NUMBER OF MT/RT IS A CAUSE OF DILUTION OF THESE COURSES. MT/RT OF OTHER PACKAGES MAY BE CALLED FOR 5 DAYS PACKAGE-SPECIFIC WORKSHOPS, UPDATED WITH PROCESS-SHEETS & CONTENT OF THESE COURSES AND DECLARED AS RTs FOR THOSE PACKAGES

12 II. MOT & ELT ROADMAP (CONTD.) All MTs/RTs TO UNDERGO MOT, MENTORING, ELT, FACILITATION, EOT ETC IN 3 YEARS TIME MTs/RTs WHO HAVE UNDERGONE 4-MONTHS TRG. PROGRAMME MAY BE CALLED FOR 5 DAYS PACKAGE-SPECIFIC WORKSHOPS, BE UPDATED WITH THE PROCESS-SHEETS & CONTENT OF THESE COURSES AND DECLARED AS RTs FOR THOSE PACKAGES

13 OTHER DIMENSIONS DoPT MAY THINK OF FUNDING FOR REGIONAL WORKSHOPS TO BE CONDUCTED ANNUALLY AT FOUR DIFFERENT REGIONS OF THE COUNTRY SO THAT THE TRAINERS CAN JOIN THEIR HANDS TO MONITOR THE TRAINING PERFORMANCES OF THOSE REGIONS
