16 16 P a g e QHSE This policy document defines how INAM contracting manages Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) in order to ensure legal compliance and international practice standards. As a responsible organization INAM has a Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Policy which is supported by detailed requirements for Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Management (QHSE Management) arrangements. In summary, the project managers and site managers have accountability for the quality, health, safety & environment implementation and performance of their project. Specific duties and responsibilities may be decentralize to project managers and supervisors in order that the policy and standards are effectively communicated, implemented and monitored. INAM enables the provision of suitable and sufficient resources, training and supervision as part of business planning and management, to ensure that all managers, supervisors and employees are properly able to discharge their responsibilities under this policy. QHSE performance is one of our greatest strengths and one we value highly. INAM regards the health & safety of employees, the environment and the communities we operate in, as a core business element and a strategic imperative. The principles that govern our Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental Policy are integral to the business and our dedication to QHSE is embedded in these seven principles; Identify, assess and manage risks to employees, contractors, the environment and the communities we operate in. We constantly look for ways and means of improving the quality of our products and services. It is this commitment to quality that has prompted us to structure our Quality Management System to suit the requirements of the international standards, with the understanding that this will be another step towards providing better services to our customers. We have established quality objectives which are reviewed periodically to achieve continual improvement. The quality policy is also periodically reviewed to ensure that it remains relevant and appropriate to the changing needs of the organization. It is the responsibility of INAM contracting management to implement and maintain this Quality Policy. The Quality Policy include INAM contracting commitment for continual improvement, for meeting internal requirements and clients requirements, and provides a basis for the establishment and review of quality objectives. The Quality Policy is made known within the organization and understood and adhered to by all employees. During management reviews, the Quality Policy is reviewed for its continuing suitability. QUALITY ASSURANCE & QUALITY PLAN Quality control is a vital aspect in executing a job effectively and therefore it is the responsibility of the contractor to establish a quality control wing while executing the job.this is to ensure that specified quality is maintained in every component of the job being executed in conformity with specification. In order to achieve this, we will establish an effective inspection control system under a well-qualified and experienced Quality control Engineer assisted by Quality control inspectors. The Quality Control System is divided into two aspects i.e. on site and of-site. The quality control Engineer-In charge will program and monitor both off-site and on site quality control sections. The Quality control Engineer interact to the project Manager directly.

So our Policy is aimed at warranting that, during delivery of all production activities at every workplaces, the safeguard of physical integrity and health of all workers and all other stakeholders, the guarantee of the hygiene of workplaces and the protection of natural resources are always warranted, conforming to all applicable regulations and to all international standards which the firm activities are compliant with. INAM contracting Top Management is therefore committed to: Define and put in place methodologies for hazards identification and risk and opportunity assessment for health, safety and environment along with design proper preventive, protective and control measures for the impacts paying due attention to all organizational, technological and social variables involved; Strictly conform to the requirements arising from the existing regulations related to health, safety and environment and, where requested, operate within even more severe boundaries than the ones foreseen by standards and regulations; Ensure that all workers are properly trained and informed about the items of this Policy and about all topics regarding health, safety and environment related to the activities carried out by INAM contracting, both at recruitment stage and during the whole work period in our firm, aiming at continuously safeguarding their health state and preventing the arising of professional diseases; Adopt design and installation technologies of its own products and services aimed at minimizing the environmental impacts arising from installation, functioning and maintenance activities; Promote a responsible, efficient and effective use of all raw materials and energetic resources, operating in order to reduce as possible their consumption, and reduce all waste production, recycling and re-using them where possible; Co-operate with all public bodies, with entrepreneurs and workers associations and with all other institutional and social bodies to promote attention toward health, safety and environment even making public and available this Company Policy; Research for supplier of goods and services who will share, both for intentions and behaviors, the principles of safeguarding health and safety and of environment management by INAM contracting and develop stable and beneficial relationships; Execute every year a review of the firm performances related to health, safety and environment in order to analyze the appropriateness and application level of this Policy and to define targets and improvement plans consistent with firm activities and with the impacts defined as more critical.
