20 ISO Certificate PerformanSe is ISO certified for psychometric tests design, talent assessment & development solutions. This part of ISO establishes requirements and guidance for PerformanSe in working with a client to carry out the assessment of an individual, group or organization for work-related purposes and to deliver quality assessment services. 20

21 Certifications in Romania In Romania, under the License contract signed in 2015 and extended in 2016, MMM Consulting provides certification programs based on PerformanSe tools and methodologies. Trainers are highly prepared to transfer the know-how related to the methodologies and assistance to newly certified users. Process of certification will take place in Bucharest: 13 th 14 th September Venue will be communicated after the certification group is formed. Training materials: in English. Training provided in Romanian. Reports are available in English, Romanian, French or other languages upon request (PerformanSe needs to be consulted in advance) Number of seats are limited to 8. Program of certifications: Day 1: PerformanSe, methodologies, theoretical background Day 1: WAY Manager and WAY Consulting Day 2: WAY Sales Day 2: Applications, feedback, case studies. Pricing: 1-2 participants from one company: 1100 euro + VAT/person, paid in advance, before 1 st of September Over 3 particpants from one company: 875 euro + VAT/person, paid in advance, before 1 st of September Minimum amount of units purchased at the Certification moment from one company that certifies PerformanSe consultants: 900 euro + VAT (60 units, equivalent 20 reports), paid in advance, before 1 st of September. 21

22 Prices for reports The reports cost are in Units. The larger the unit package the company is buying, the cost of the report is smaller. The smallest units package (60 de units) costs 900 de euro. The price of a report is 3 units. Please check the table for further calculations. 22

23 Registration Registrations and payment: until 1 st September 2016 Upon registration MMM Consulting, Licensed Partner of PerformanSe in Romania will provide a contract to be studied and commented and will issue the invoices related to the number of participants and number of units purchased. After the Certification Training and final evaluation participants will receive a personal Diploma that will provide the right to use PerformanSe methodologies.
