1 Task Writing a CV and a cover letter Attached, you will find three different job advertisements. You should decide on applying for just one job position, so you write your CV and a cover letter and send it to the potential employer (i.e. the teacher). Students are free to select any form of CV they prefer. It would be advisable to include information that is true in the set moment. Cover letter should address the selected job advertisement and compliment the CV provided those are crucial for obtaining a good grade. The information in it can be true (if available) and/or imagined. The form is optional among the possible templates. Both CV and a cover letter are answers to the chosen job position. Of course, the final versions are sent to the teacher rather than the contacts listed. Students should write and send only 1 CV and 1 cover letter related to the advertisement of their preference. CV and a cover letter are due to be submitted at any time, no later than Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at 23:59. CVs and cover letters sent after that time will not be considered submitted. CV and a cover letter should be written in an MS Word document. The name of the file should be the name and surname of the student. Send both a Word document so the corrections could be made in the document, and a.pdf document which you would normally send to answer an advertisement. The assignment can be printed and handed to the teacher during the class. Likewise, they can be sent by , exclusively to the address vesna.bogdanovic@uns.ac.rs. The subject of the mail should be: A CV for the English language classes (or Biografija za predmet Engleski jezik). Grading Maximum number of points for CV is 20. Position works alongside the Senior Retail Designer handling all UK and EU dealer design projects, resulting in a reduction in headcount required at our Design agency Imagination. This role will develop design layouts for dealers leading up to the production of design intent drawing packs. This is therefore a specialist position requiring very specific design knowledge and skills. Key Responsibilities & Tasks Review initial design requirements with the region and the dealer to understand what is needed within the overall design. Develop an initial design layout for the sales and aftersales area in line with Aston Martin s Corporate Identity Standards. Work with the region and the dealer s architect to discuss any required changes and ensure these are reflected in the design, answering any specific architectural points raised. Produce a set of design intent drawings including site plans, general arrangements, floor finishes, reflected ceiling and lighting plans, interior and exterior elevations plus furniture and finishes schedules. Once the dealer has translated these detailed requirements into construction drawings, work with the dealer and their architect to provide feedback on the drawings produced through to final approval. Liaise with our preferred suppliers on their specific requirements (eg lighting). Qualifications & Experience Full working knowledge on AutoCAD Ability to use Adobe photoshop and InDesign Knowledge of 3D software, eg. Google sketchup or equivalent Must be able to confidently converse with architects on design projects Experience of working in design environments and facility projects with strong technical knowledge. Previous experience with working with architectural plans. Excellent interpersonal skills in order to confidently represent the company in front of dealers and architects. Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritise a high workload and quantity of projects. Excellent organisation skills with a high attention to detail. Highly articulate and able to form rational and valid cases for their opinions.

3 Organised, detail orientated, self-motivated and works well under pressure. Must be confident and professional in order to represent the company. Ability to handle conflict when issues arise and find solutions that are agreeable to all parties. Must be prepared to travel to dealers in the UK and Europe when required.
