The economy is still struggling and we have a key role in helping to maximise the human talent all around us, help provide tangible opportunities as best we can and by so doing, further enhance people, organisational and economic prosperity. This is where the 2013 theme Talent, Opportunity, Prosperity comes from. Models of public service delivery are developing and both the voluntary and private sectors are key in supporting the public sector and our communities.
