1 The Thistle Hotel Bristol 18th to 19th April 2013 Annual Seminar PROGRAMME Summary

2 talent, opportunity, prosperity This year s Seminar will build on the last, but focus more on the broader centre stage role that we in the HR profession now need to take. The economy is still struggling and we have a key role in helping to maximise the human talent all around us, help provide tangible opportunities as best we can and by so doing, further enhance people, organisational and economic prosperity. This is where the 2013 theme Talent, Opportunity, Prosperity comes from. Models of public service delivery are developing and both the voluntary and private sectors are key in supporting the public sector and our communities. This Seminar acknowledge the role that all sectors are taking in the delivery of public services and provide the opportunity for us all to learn from each other. We hope you enjoy it.
