Each menu is bespoke with a specific need or idea in mind hence our wide and diverse client base. Not one client is the same. Each individual has a specific need or requirement which is inevitably reflected in their menu. From fine dining and delegate packages to nutritionally balanced schools meals, we have a team dedicated to creating a menu to suit. Although we promote our flexibility and eagerness to change and adapt when it comes to our food or menus, we are consistent in our attitude. 19 Our quest is to reduce food miles and maintain our fresh menus......our promise We create services that are not only innovative, fresh and exciting but also respect our environment and work towards creating a sustainable future. The majority of our produce is sourced from local privately owned suppliers, minimising the ecological impact of our supply chain. Local sourcing makes not just a sensible business decision it is also highly appropriate in our quest to reduce food miles and maintain our fresh menus. We naturally use a range of Organic and Fair Trade products from renewable sources and where we can, we source from the producer directly.
