Our focus is enterprise service management, and we have deep knowledge of and experience in IT service management, IT business management, IT operations management, HR, performance analytics, service portal and customer service management. Overview of role We're a growing business, headquartered in Australia with offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane, and an offshore development teams in Noida and Bangalore, India. We cover the South and North Asia markets through our offices in Singapore and Hong. Enable is looking for a talented and experienced Principal Consultant with strong project delivery, pre-sales and leadership skills with consulting teams as well as experience with the ServiceNow platform. The Principal Consultant role will work closely with our external clients, internal technology project teams and offshore technology teams to achieve this outcome within the Agile Methodology Main responsibilities: The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of ServiceNow installations at various client sites. The main responsibilities of this role are: Project Delivery Technical and functional project delivery Leadership of on and offshore technical staff as required Customer satisfaction rating of >9/10 Customer Innovation Provide customers with ServiceNow journey plan/roadmaps for growth and ROI on the platform Identify opportunities for customers to take advantage of new ServiceNow modules, functionality and upgrades Identify opportunities for Enable s store products to add value to customers Pre-Sales Prepare and deliver Enable s capability on bids/tenders/presentations Work with ServiceNow sales on new opportunities to partner on implementations and projects ServiceNow vendor relationship management

2 Build meaningful relationships with Victorian ServiceNow sales staff at all levels Build meaningful relationships with ServiceNow professional services staff at all levels Product Lead - Onshore technical lead Work closely with Enable s Product Manager and Offshore Tech Lead to drive quality product delivery and excellence Identify commercial opportunities and products for the SN Store Stream Lead Enable s ServiceNow Centre of Excellence Lead on one more agreed ServiceNow SME product streams for Enable, i.e. IT Business Management and/or HR, Platform etc. Train new staff within this stream(s) Build market leading capability and collateral within the agreed product streams There will be an individual consulting and billable component in this position, built into engagement management and overall QA of project delivery. Travel of up to 30% may be required.
