Abstract This research was conducted with the purpose of investigating the promotion model of organizational citizenship behaviors through psychological contract, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Research statistical population was the employees of Zarif Moasavar company (360 persons ) in summer of Among them, 263 employees were selected from names list of employees using stratified random sampling. Research instrument including: Psychological contract questionnaire with 6 items, job satisfaction questionnaire with 3 items, organizational commitment questionnaire with 3 items, and organizational citizenship behaviors with 9 items. Data were analyzed through Pearson s correlation coefficient, path analysis and mediation regression analysis. Evidences from data analysis showed that, in first stage, psychological contract reinforces job satisfaction and organizational commitment, then job satisfaction and organizational commitment reinforces and promote the organizational citizenship behaviors. Furthermore, rather than primary and suggested model of research, the relationship added between organizational commitment and job satisfaction.
