4 the simple path to effective people We take a comprehensive brief to fully understand your requirements We review any materials you have, including the job description We use a number of channels to source quality candidates, many of whom are not currently active in the recruitment market We prepare additional materials to maximise effectiveness We conduct first stage interviews to ensure quality and provide a shortlist of candidates with supporting summaries We arrange interviews and testing of candidates We handle all offers and negotiations, and ensure compliance with local legislation We work with you to choose the right person We assist with on-boarding We check in with you and your new member of staff to find out how it s working out.
