11 Results Based Accountability What is Results-Based Accountability? Results-Based Accountability ( RBA ) is an approach to decision-making used to collaboratively develop and implement strategies that will produce measurable impact for customers and communities.

12 Turn the Curve Plan (TTC) How are we doing? What is the Story behind the Curve? Who are the partners who can help? What works? What do we propose to do?

13 Building your Team - Suggestions Core Resource Team Roles: Project Leader - strong project management skills, primary contact Project Champion ensures everyone is on board Metric Data Collector oversees the collection of metric data Metric Topic Expert(s) involved in making management or operational decisions intended to improve the metric Others: Members with key knowledge or influence

14 Implementation Team Activities Select first metric to use during training. Gather your team and clarify roles and timeline. Schedule regular meetings. Participate in training, coaching and learning sessions. Collect metric data. Develop strategic management or Turn the Curve plan Milestone Begin collecting additional metrics (12 weeks from start of training). Disseminate RBA to others at hub.
