5 PARTIES: SERVICE AGREEMENT This Agreement is dated (The commencement date) (Company Name & Address) (Client) C-Solve Solutions Pvt Ltd, 66 Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore CIN No U74900KA2016PTC086006, GST-29AAGCC3604D1Z066 (Agency) BOTH PARTIES HEREBY AGREE AS FOLLOWS: This Agreement Shall Be Effective From, Terms & Conditions proposed for the engagement of recruitment consulting services offered by C-Solve Solutions Pvt Ltd. 1. The prospective candidates will be head hunted based on the eligibility criteria communicated to C-Solve Solutions Pvt Ltd. 2. Short-listed candidates should be communicated to us 2 days in advance to enable us to organize interview schedules. 3. If the employment contract is terminated by the employee sourced by C-Solve Solutions Pvt Ltd within 90 days of the joining date, then C-Solve Solutions Pvt Ltd. would source an alternative candidate without charging any consulting fee. 4. The consulting fee charged by C-Solve Solutions Pvt Ltd for the recruitment consulting services rendered would be as per the structure below excluding GST 18%: Grade Definition Fees (Percentage of the Annual Gross Salary)* Junior Management 0 to 5 years of work experience 8.33% Middle Management 5 to 10 years of work experience 10% Senior Management 10 years and above of work experience. 12% 5. Consulting fees invoiced by C-Solve Solutions Pvt Ltd should be disbursed within 15 days from the date of candidate join. 6. We are not responsible for candidate doing any misappropriation of cash/funds during the tenure of working in your organization. 7. Any errors & omissions and disputes throughout the consulting assignment are subject to the courts of Bangalore only.
