Experience in the field and year of establishment. 4. Status of the firm (whether company/partnership firm/proprietary), Registration number and date of registration. 5. Name of Directors/Partners/Proprietors (i) (ii) (iii) 6. Major Clients and work attended to. If you are registered in the panel of other organization/statutory bodies; furnish their names, category and date of registration. (i) (ii) (iii) (iv) 7. Turnover 8.
