Then we must secure the site, secure perishable information, inform stakeholders, and consider quarantine of the site and equipment, maybe issue Stop Work-order and a Safety Alerts. Our Incident investigation for upstream drilling and well operation course is developed to help you learn how to participate in and advise on efficient and constructive incident investigation, incl. selection of analysis methodology. Then comes assessment of level of investigation, forming an investigation team, supporting them in data collection, interviews and discussion of findings, and finally actions plans, implementation and follow up. Course Design Focuses on Drilling and Well Operation The course we go through all the incident investigation steps, the activities of the upstream operation and roles and responsibilities related with drilling and well operation. Includes Specific and Practical Case Studies International case examples on incident investigation for upstream drilling operation and well activities will be provided in order to maximize the learning benefits. You will also learn how to plan an investigation in process industry with emergency response techniques in order to minimize the hazard. In addition, practical workshop will be covered in third day of the course, a role play on process elements by using all the elements taught in first two day of the class.
