1 Dear member, Thank you for your interest in attending Girls t Brides' next Global Meeting to end child marriage. We look forward to receiving your application! This form will take approximately 20 minutes to complete, and will ask about your work, how you are addressing child marriage, and your interest in attending the event. We encourage members to finance their own participation at the meeting. Girls t Brides has a limited budget to support travel, visa and/or accommodation costs of a small number of members. Types of sponsorship and selection criteria are available here. Please indicate on your form if you wish to apply for sponsorship. Your involvement at the meeting The Girls t Brides secretariat plans to have a communications working group to help amplify the voices of members and youth at the meeting, and help produce materials to ensure those unable to attend the meeting can still benefit. * 25. 8 Girls t Brides encourages members with larger budgets to self-finance their attendance. We know that many members have planned for their participation as part of their budgeting processes. Full sponsorship Girls t Brides has a limited budget to sponsor the attendance of a select number of members at the meeting (visa, travel, food and accommodation expenses). We will prioritise community-based and local organisations. The full sponsorship criteria can be seen here. Partial sponsorship Girls t Brides has a limited number of places to sponsor members who cannot fund 100% of the costs of attending the event, and meet the bulk of the sponsorship criteria. With partial sponsorship, your organisation will cover visa application fees and returns flights to Malaysia, and Girls t Brides will cover hotel accommodation and food expenses. * 32.
