1 LESD DRAFT STRATEGIC PLAN Thank you for your interest in our LESD draft strategic plan. This plan will guide the work of our district for 5 years. The Steering Committee looks forward to your input to revise the plan. The finalized draft plan will be presented to the Board for approval on April 9,

5 Helpful Hints for Reviewing: Note the sections (Mission, Beliefs, Pillars, Goals) Pillars are focus areas and Goals are BIG IDEAS and are our vision for the future of LESD Measurable outcomes and specific strategic actions aligned to the plan will be developed annually and shared with all stakeholders to ensure continued focus on the goals We invite you to review the draft plan and provide your input using the exit slip provided All input is important and will be reviewed by the committee and used to make revisions to the plan The final plan will be presented to the Board April 9 th for approval to guide our work beginning in
