Open Question1 document on My Computer->Z:drive: a) Set the page size to A4, set margin to moderate (Top 1, Left 0.75, Right 0.75 and Bottom 1 ). b) Insert the orange page color and a page border with size 1pt width. (3 Marks) c) Format all paragraph with justify. d) Change line spacing to 1.5. e) Insert the header Executive Summary of Economy Transformation Programme on all pages. f) Insert the footer with page number. g) Create table of content using the Automatic Table 1 style on this document as below. (8 Marks) h) Add a Basic Venn smart art as below under paragraph BECOMING HIGH-INCOME ADVANCED THAT IS BOTH INCLUSIVE AND SUSTAINABLE. 3 2. Create an Excel Document as follow and save with your student ID. a) In Work Sheet Allowance Table, type the details of the allowance rate. Work Sheet: Allowance Table b) Create a February Payroll worksheet as follow. Work Sheet: February Payroll In Work Sheet February Payroll, i. The column Final = Annual Leave + Brought Forward Taken ii. The column Allowance is a lookup value referring to the worksheet Allowance Table based on the Late column. iii. 4 c) Create the Summary worksheet as follow: Work Sheet: Summary In Work Sheet Summary, i. the No of Staff column is the count of number of staff who late for 0 time, one time, and two times and above in the month. (15 Marks) d) Create Chart worksheet and create a column chart as follow: Work Sheet: Chart In Work Sheet Chart, i. The chart data is retrieve from Work Sheet Summary based on the No of Day Late and No of Staff. 3/4

5 3. Create a Power Point Presentation and save the file name with your student ID. a) On the slide master insert P1.jpg to Title layout as background image. Insert image Pemandu.jpg at the bottom left hand side and P2.jpg as background image on Title and Conten Layout. (8 Marks) b) Insert slide transitionn Strips Left Up to all slides. c) Slide 1: Add a title Economy Transform Programme.
