1 Advanced Value Management (AVM) Focuses on advanced techniques for exploring how value (the balance between project resources, results and cost) can be defined and maximised. An Introduction to MSP4NR (Managing Successful Programmes for Network Rail) This module aims to introduce the framework used to govern and manage change (MSP4NR) and looks at the context of change within Network Rail. An Introduction to People Centred Implementation (PCI) This course introduces People Centred Implementation, the standard approach to leading and delivering change within Network Rail, as part of MSP4NR. Asset Management System Awareness Upon completion of this training course, delegates will understand the concepts of asset management, and how an asset management system helps in the delivery of Network Rail's organisational objectives.

3 Association for Project Management Practitioner (APMP) Understand the Association for Project Management (APM) methodology for project management including principles, tools and techniques. Basic Value Management Awareness Provides an introduction to value management awareness (the balance between project resources, results and cost) Benefits Realisation Management Understand how to identify programme benefits, manage their realisation and conduct analysis within a business change environment. Change for Project Managers This explores what change means and introduces tools and techniques for effective delivery so that change embeds across the business.

4 Change Management - Foundation and Practitioner This five day course provides an informative and valuable pathway of understanding through the maze of principles, theories and guidance on organisational change management, and gives a solid platform for clear best practice thinking and the application of useful tools and techniques for achieving successful change. The Foundation level is aiming to measure whether a candidate would be able to act as an informed member of a change management team within an environment supporting the Change Management approaches. The Practitioner level is aiming to measure whether a candidate could apply the Change Management approaches within an environment supporting the Change Management approaches. Earned Value Management (EVM) - An Introduction (elearning) Provides an e-learning overview of Earned Value Management (EVM) EVM Earned Value Management for Project Managers Explains project management techniques for measuring project performance and progress Lean Practitioner This course aims to develop a working knowledge of Lean tools to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
