1 MENTEE ENROLLMENT PROCESS (Enrollment Should Take Minutes) STEP 1: Log in to the Spirit of Mentoring website via SodexoNet > Enter Mentoring in the search field and click on Spirit of Mentoring. Or, utilize the url Enter your Sodexo UserID and Password When you come to the Spirit of Mentoring website, click Enter Here Page 1 of 7

2 STEP 2: Review the Sodexo Policy Adherence ; if you agree to the terms, click Accept STEP 3: Create your Account Information which includes your Biographical Information, e.g. job history, hobbies and why you wish to participate in the mentoring program. Note: When prompted for a Sodexo User Group Code, select either BRIDGE Mentees or Peer2Peer Mentees. (IMPACT is provided via a separate link with a limited enrollment period each year.) Information about each option is available on SodexoNet. Page 2 of 7

3 STEP 4: Complete your Strengths Profile and Development Profile which indicate your areas of strength and areas for potential future development in regards to the competencies. Page 3 of 7

4 STEP 5: To establish a mentoring partnership center, click One-to-One in the As a Learner box on the left of the screen. Next, name your mentoring relationship by describing desired focus or goal. STEP 6: Select the Competencies you wish to develop and the estimated Duration of your relationship. Page 4 of 7

5 STEP 7: Describe the Goals or the results you are hoping to achieve. STEP 8: Describe Your Accountability or indicators that progress is being made. Page 5 of 7

6 STEP 9: Select the desired Mentoring Level Find a Mentor You are now ready to Find a Mentor. For BRIDGE and Peer2Peer, choose Pick a Mentor from a List. You will then be given options of mentors from which to choose based on: % of match compares mentee s development needs to mentors expertise advance search options allow you to search by field(s) or key words, e.g. business unit, job level, or name click on mentor s name to read their profile. Click green Invite button when you have chosen a mentor. Note: Mentor receives that displays your name, learning descriptions and goal statements. After determining if they would be a good match, they are prompted to accept or decline your invitation in the system and you will be notified via . Page 6 of 7

7 Additional Participation Opportunities: Participate as a mentee in both BRIDGE and Peer2Peer o Select Group Codes on top of homepage screen (in gray bar) o Choose either BRIDGE Mentees or Peer2Peer Mentees o Once selected, option no longer appears in drop down box o Request A Relationship Participate as a mentor o Select Group Codes on top of homepage screen (in gray bar) o Choose either BRIDGE Mentors or Peer2Peer Mentors o Select Mentor Profile under Spirit of Mentoring tab o See Mentor Enrollment document for further instructions; begin at STEP 4 For Additional Support or to Ask Questions: For technical support or to ask a question, click the support link located at the top right of the Spirit of Mentoring website screen.
