24 LD in LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT (LD) refers to the organization efforts to train and develop the current leaders and also the next set of leaders who will take up officer positions the organization.

25 IC INTERNAL COMMUNICATION (IC) Focuses on the communication flow within the organization. These include, but are not limited to, information dissemination, feedback giving, conflict management

26 EC EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION (EC) Focuses on the communication flow of the org with outside parties. Outside parties refer to the other student orgs, LS Offices, alumni, partners, sponsors, benefactors, etc.

27 PM PROJECT MANAGEMENT (PM) Refers to the system and processes followed from the planning execution - evaluation stages of the various efforts undertaken by the organization Also considers the appropriate use of various resources

28 MF MEMBERSHIP FORMATION (MF) Refers to the systems and processes that support and monitor the members participation and growth in the organization. This has four elements which the organization has to consider: Recruitment, Involvement, Development, and Retention.

29 FM its FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT (FM) Refers to the systems, processes, and efforts that generate and mobilize financial resources of the organization in support of goals.

30 SYSTEMS, STRUCTURES and PROCESSES These refer to the organizational structure of the group, documents such as the Code of Internal Procedures (CIP), Code of Electoral Procedures, Code of Financial Procedures, etc.. These are (staple) elements that contribute to smooth operations for the organization.
