1 Equality and Diversity What Went Well Annual Report 2018 This report shows just a few of the equality and diversity team successes we have had in 2018 in particular, those which relate to the 2018/19 objectives which form part of the Trust s Public Sector Equality Duty. We ve included lots of pictures in an effort to be more inclusive and more detail about these objectives is available on request. We are happy to meet with people to talk about our work in person as well. Although this report focuses on celebrating successes, we know that there are lots of areas in which we can improve and we welcome feedback from anyone who can help us! There s lots of other diversity and inclusion work going on at the Trust too so look out for regular communications using Twitter, the Trust website and the organisation s annual report.
