Employment Equity Audit Employment Equity Plan File R for complete file 6.5 hours but dependant on time actually spent on project Employment Equity Audit includes: 1) Conduct EE Audit 2) Preparation of report on findings 3) Meeting to discuss findings and recommendations 4) Compilation of EE Audit file Compilation of file includes copies of all historical EE and Skills documentation in the event of an inspection by the Dept of Labour.

Skills Development Act Compliance Subject to quotation Application for refund of 20% of Skills Levy. INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS All Industrial Relations including Disciplinary, Counselling, Grievance and CCMA Processes Disciplinary hearings 3 4 hours, CCMA cases 4 hours + preparation. Disciplinary reports / minutes will be charged at a timeframe of ±1.5 hours and are in addition to time taken at the Hearing / CCMA case. These minutes are required as documented proof of the process followed. RECRUITMENT Candidate Selection - OPTION 1 R per hour (excludes the cost of the advertisement, ITC check and Personality Profile Analysis) Cost of advert depends on Media used Dependent on size of response - Please note that should you select this option you may be liable to pay for the service even if for some reason the placement is cancelled. No guarantees are provided. This is the riskier option, but can, particularly for generic positions, be a much more cost effective option. This option allows the client to select the level of service required. Once the recruitment process (which includes screening, interviewing and shortlisting of candidates) has been completed, you will be invoiced at the hourly rate for all work done on the vacancy. The advertisement, ITC check and Personality Profile analysis will be invoiced during the Recruitment process. Candidate Selection - OPTION 2 12% of CTC Package placement fee Recommended option if a guarantee of placement is required. This is a traditional placement fee and includes the cost of the advertisement, ITC check and Reference Checks. Personality Profile Analysis will be done on shortlisted candidates and invoiced separately.
