Compensation and Benefits - Prepares notice of performance evaluation and distribute to department managers - Retrieves performance evaluation form from the employee s department manager - Prepares performance evaluation summary report, personnel action summary report, and notice of personnel action - Prepares new employment contract and notice of personnel action from approved personnel action - Endorses employment contract and notice of personnel action to HR Manager, Department Manager, and General Manager/President for signature - Updates employee 2O1 file and alphalist with all personnel movements/separation - Responsible for processing of employee s separation process - Records all leaves, absences, under time, overtime, and official business trips - Processes the issuance of office uniforms - Enrolls regular employees to a healthcare plan membership - Responsible for administration of paternity and maternity benefit - Processes and update the mandatory government benefits (SSS, Philhealth, PAGIBIG/ HDMF) - Coordinates with the processing and updating of government loan benefit - Generates and monitor the time entries of the employees from the biometrics data daily - Checks employees attendance and sorts out employees who rendered undertime, leave, and absence daily, weekly, and monthly - Prepares monthly attendance summary report of employees - Responsible for timekeeping procedures. III. Training and Development - Prepares, monitors, and update training calendar based on the approved trainings - Notes schedules of training and give notice to concerned departments, HR Manager, and/or General Manager/President - Confirms the attendance of employees in the internal or external training and development programs - Prepares training materials. IV. Employee Relations - Prepares and documents disciplinary action summary report if case appears - Coordinates new memos, HR projects, company events and other information to other departments.
