From: Team A Subject: Business Management Extension Program 1 ANALYSIS This memo is confirm reception of your request for our team design and develop a Business Management Extension Program at Infosys, Inc. We are delighted that you have chosen our team and are ready serve your firm s needs. A Business Management Extension Program is an effective means by which incentivize your workforce and update employee skills and competencies for the new global economy. Upon your request, we have already begun profiling your firm. As an Indian-based firm with a workforce spread over 50 countries throughout the world including the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, your workforce is extremely diverse ethnically and culturally (Infosys, 2015). Your firm consists of computer savvy employees with a minimum of a high school diploma. However, approximately 65% of your workforce has yet achieve a bachelor s degree and has had less than 2 years of college study. Your employees are involved in a variety business transactions on several levels, but primarily in software development and consulting. A Business Management Extension Program will provide your employees with global business perspective and position your employees as innovars in the every facet of business management.

3 BME Proposal 3 2 DESIGN The Infosys Business Management Extension is a professional level Business Management program. The program is 18 months from start finish. Upon completion of the program, employees will receive a professional certificate. Students who complete the program will have 33 college credits. These courses are accredited and will be transferable any college or university of their choosing. This program is a sponsored by the University of Phoenix and all courses will be conducted by graduates of University of Phoenix Master of Adult Education and Training program or specialists in domain specific areas (2015). The program is designed for vested employees, who have been with Infosys, Inc. for a minimum of one (1) year and look forward a healthy and flourishing career at Infosys. Upon completion of the program, the employee will receive a promotion a suitable post or a 10% increase in monthly compensation.

8 BME Proposal 8 3 DEVELOPMENT Learning Environment Courses will be delivered in a multi-platform environment. The courses will be delivered primarily through an online platform, which will consist of a complete Online Learning Management System (OLMS). The OLMS will comprise training manuals, instrucr's guide, icebreakers, workshop activities, exercise files, PowerPoint slides, quick reference job aids, preassessments and testing, even detailed lesson plans and flip chart notes. Moreover, the students will receive complimentary e-books that will be ready use and can be easily uploaded their personal Learning Management System (LMS) as module packages. Each course is designed for mobile devices and web-based training as well as individual research and online collaboration. Finally, the LMS will be equipped with conferencing software and provide capabilities for realtime presentations. Also, video lectures of traditional classes by the course instrucr on specific subjects will be included in the course modules. In this way, the students participate in or at least observe traditional classroom instruction through the online format. It will be extremely valuable the students hear the traditional students questions and the professor s answers. This method will add the course content and encourage deeper reflection
