5 Terms & Conditions TETA Seminar The following terms & conditions apply for all services of the IAK Nederland, if there hasn't been any different written agreement. In case of cancellations through the client: 50% refund will be given for cancellations up until 30 days prior to the event, training, workshop or seminar; after that date, 100% of the costs will be charged.
