2 Global Resources Consultant- Oil and Gas Production Provided consulting for various offshore and land base production facilities on downhole, and general process issues; with respect to Mineral Management Service (MMS) HS&E legislation. Undercover Drug Prevention and Asset Protection services while on assignment as Production Operator, Construction Consultant, Instrumentation Tech, Corrosion Control Inspector, and Roustabout. The past few years I have given a large portion of my time, as an effort to Give Back, by setting up and operating free food distribution programs in western Arkansas. Currently my efforts have been advocating for the Deaf and Hearing Impaired. Murphy Petroleum (Gulf of Mexico) Technical Writer-Loss Prevention / SEMP Program Survey offshore production platforms in the Gulf of Mexico and develop operational manuals for each in all areas of operation. This was done by residing on each platform for a period of time gathering information, observing production, inventory all equipment and cataloging all hazardous materials. When finished each platform had a complete operating manual for Startup, Continuous operations, and Shutdown procedures in the areas of: Safety, Environmental, Mechanical, and Personnel Mobil Oil (Eket, Nigeria) Training Instructor I worked as needs analysis to identify required technical process, knowledge and skill level to support both short-term and long-term process training needs for Company employees and project. Worked with process integration and research and development teams to coordinate, develop and design training materials/courses and supplemental training intervention programs for current and developing process technologies; develop training programs to provide employee development opportunities.

3 Directed the activities of employees including contractors to ensure compliance with Company objectives, policies and procedures within area of responsibility. Designed and developed training evaluations to assess training effectiveness and investigate training resources for content and audience appropriateness. Maintained security of all facilities and property, including materials and equipment. Ensures that all classrooms and offices are secure at the end of each day, take inventory of equipment and prepares requisitions for the purchase of equipment, materials and supplies. OPI (Port Harcourt, Nigeria) Consultant / Construction Worked with the Electrical and Instrumentation Project Managers to implement loss prevention process in all phases of platform construction at the fabrication facility in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Participated in onsite installation, and startup of production facilities. Provided training to production personnel in loss prevention in all aspects of operations in full compliance with relevant health, safety and environmental policies. Ensured all activities by site personnel are coordinated, and in compliance with permit to work and change control procedures. Coordinated resources and communicated with off-site personnel to ensure all expectations were communicated to all third party services. Conducted a minimum of one full operations meeting per day with all key personnel Ensure timely delivery and return of all service company furnished equipment and services. 4 Platform Operator Daily performed the safe and efficient operation of production, utility and safety equipment in line with policies and all relevant regulations. Performed first line maintenance in all areas as shift duties of operating and monitoring all processes and equipment associated with the station's oil / gas production, utility and safety systems of the production platform. In the event of a station emergency, assumed role as designated by OIS; for station shutdown, be part of the shutdown team. Fully conversant with his responsibilities as Area Authority within the Permit to Work System for keeping the worksite safe and clean, and ensuring that all isolations are performed using the stated isolation procedures. Advised Field Supervisor of any potentially hazardous situations. Daily worked with Station Emergency and Operating Procedures and all relevant Statutory Regulations; to develop a safe and efficient working environment. Directed weekly safety meetings with other operations personnel. Ensured compliance to MMS and company operating policy. Acted as authorized gas tester in production areas. Monitor and record equipment readings, and maintain an up to date log of all pertinent activities, and performed station testing (well, corrosion, chemical etc.) as required. Ensured all relevant production related data was reported, documented accurately, and pertinent records maintained, and all operations are undertaken in a planned, efficient, safe and environmentally responsible manner and in compliance with all applicable codes, standards, laws, corporate policies and regulations. Collate shift and tour handover data. Provided leadership, mentoring, training, guidance and supervision to new employees and contractors in the operation and maintenance of the area's equipment and wells. The last two years with Anadarko, I also worked as an undercover Drug Prevention and Asset Protection agent for corporate security, while continuing my primary duties as Production Operator.
