2 BACKGROUND Financial analysis contains historical data collection and calculation, risk revealing and optional solution comparison and future plans forecast, as well as concise demonstration by the way of Excel. This two-day course has been specially designed for the financial professionals and decision makers, aiming to help the participants to understand various methods of financial analysis and learn how to utilize Excel for specific analysis and presentation, and be able to combine financial analysis and industry features, business models and resource endowment together for the economic decision-making. Excel Excel SPECIAL FEATURE This course content is designed based on both theory introduction and practical operation. For theory side, we will compare the similarities and differences of financial management and financial analysis, analyze how financial analysis affects decision-making and systematically introduce different methods of financial analysis. Before that, he was the Qualified Company Accountant of ZTE Co., Ltd. and auditing director of Wal-Mart China. Mr. Zhang is much experienced in finance management, internal control and funding from capital market. He is the member of ACCA,HKICA and CICPA, and also has the qualification of outside director and legal consultant. Thomas Zeng Contracted Trainer, PEO Training Financial Analysis and Decision Making in Excel (23 May, 2013) Thomas received his Master Degree (Major in Accounting with Finance) from Southbank University (Lon-don). He also received his Master Degree (Major in Audit) from Sun Yatsen University. He has worked in the accounting field in several UK firms for 10 years with rich experience in professional practice. He is a fellow of ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Account-ants). At the moment he is a lecturer of Business School, Sun Yat-sen University. The lecturing courses include Management information System, Financial Management, Manageria Accounting, etc. Meanwhile, he had worked for Lingoes, Leigh Philip & Partners, Tellus (Group), Phoenix Chinese News and Entertainment.
