3 My story so far From the outset of my career I had my heart set on a senior leadership role within industry. During the 90 s and 2000 s Procurement started gaining traction and created opportunities to develop, grow and shape the organisations I worked for. My passion for the profession is even stronger, fuelled by a changing world focussed on sustainability, responsibility, innovation and the digital age. Whilst an important part of any career is the development of self, in the last 10 years my focus has shifted to the development of others, nurturing their goals and needs so that they can be the best that they can be.
