1 Bid form for installation of Solar PV Rooftop System at PNR Society Bhavnagar PNR Society Bhavnagar invites technical and financial bids for installation of 82 kw Solar PV Rooftop System at its Natraj Campus, Kaliyabid, Bhavnagar. The PNR Society is an NGO serving and empowering all kinds of disabled (Divyangs). The site photographs are given in Annexure 1. Parties are invited to submit their bids based on following details given in technical bid and financial bid separately in sealed cover on or before the final date of bid submission. 2 12 Mention make and specification of inverter, its warranty and its estimated life 13 Make and specification of cable 14 Make of fabrication, solar PV mounting structure 15 Years of PV module warranty post execution with details of estimated drop in power generation. 16 Till how many years free service will be provided by you? What will be annual service contract charges after free service period? 17 Are you a manufacturer or trader of the Solar PV Modules? 18 Details of capacity of manufacturing facility and location of manufacturing plant (in case of trader kindly provide details of module manufacturing company) 19 Number and qualification of manpower of your company. Details of labor standards and site work safety followed by your company. 20 Do you have any service support in Bhavnagar? 21 Your firms years of experience in Solar PV sector. 22 How much time will you take for commissioning of 82 kw system after finalizing contract with you? 3 2 What components are included in the above scope? 3 If there is any extra charge for any of the components, please mention. 4 Payment terms 5 Will you provide bank guarantee against first 1 or 2 years of performance of the commissioned system 6 Will you do the necessary process of Government registration and obtaining net metering facility, including required registration with GEDA, MNRE, CEI, PGVCL etc. 7 What will be the cost estimates for Net Meter fees to be paid to the PGVCL and has it been included in the cost estimates given at Sr. No. 1? 8 Financial details of the firm of last 3 financial years. Turnover of Solar Rooftop Work in last 3 financial years. Note: The PNR society reserves rights to accept or reject any submitted bid without giving any explanations. The PNR society will not be responsible for safety of labors of your firm while working in our premises. The firm shall be responsible for compliance of labor laws and other statutory provisions required for carrying out this work. Endorsement: The firm shall give endorsement about details given in the technical and financial bids are true and correct.
