12 Adjudicative Process Efficiency requires accurate and timeous information We use the electronic case management system (CMS) to do this 12

13 Adjudicative Process CMS allows the Tribunal to: Electronically manage all processes related to the case function Store case documents so as to facilitate retrieval and safe storage Provide required performance information for reporting purposes 13

16 Learner programme Workshop with learners from underprivileged school: Holy Trinity Secondary School, Atteridgeville 12 learners from Grades 10,11 and 12 Principal Andre Castelyn: The pupils had feedback sessions with classmates and I was amazed by the amount of information the students returned with. They showed a real understanding of the competition authorities. 16
