2 Dear Sir, Management Audit Department, Corporate Centre, Hyderabad is currently under the process of releasing an Request for Proposal (RFP) for the outsourcing of Management Audit for some of the Auditee units. In this connection, we seek your guidance/ assistance in publishing through notification in national/ financial/ local newspapers. 02. Kindly advise on the process in a day or two positively. 3 Chief General Manager (MA-I) : (for Control) General Manager (MA) : (for sanction) MANAGEMENT AUDIT ROAD MAP FOR THE YEAR REQEUST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) PROCESS The Outsourcing exercise of the current FY Management Audit has been started with the recommending of the Request for Proposal (RFP), Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) by the Technical & Price Negotiation Committee (TPNC) on Currently, the vetted copy RFP has been provided by the Law Department, Corporate Centre and other two agreements are being vetted by the Law Department, Corporate Centre, Mumbai. 02. As part of the submission of the Commercial Bid process of the RFP, the TPNC has, in its meeting dt , decided to adopt Reverse Auction Process in the current year RFP process. 03. IT Partner Relationship Department, GITC has empanelled M/s E-Procurement Technologies Ltd (EPTL) for conducting e-reverse Auction for a period of 2 years from to vide their e-circular no. IT/GLOBALIT-PR/30/ dated The charges finalized are Rs 2,300/- per event. 04. Accordingly, 15 Reverse Auctions are to be conducted as per the current year RFP and the charges could be Rs 34,500/- excluding taxes, GST and other taxes/ cess etc. 05. In terms of the Scheme of Delegation of Financial Powers , General Manager has Financial Powers up to Rs 7.50 lacs under Group V- E- Charges not enumerated. Accordingly, it is recommended for your financial sanction of an amount of Rs 34,500 plus taxes. 06. Kindly accord sanction. Asst. General Manager (MA)
