7 Our Process INITIATE ORDER RESEARCHERS DRAFT REPORT QA REVIEW FINAL REPORT Login, select your package and enter the applicant's info. This can be done by you or by the applicant. When the order is submitted, the searches are routed to internal and external researchers. All information is then compiled into a draft report and routed to our Quality Assurance (QA) team. Our QA specialists are trained to verify information on the report for accuracy and compliance. When QA is complete, the client is notified by and logs into the system to view the final report.
