Key focus: Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of Injection Molding process to support the production work schedule; Reporting to the team leader, this position is responsible for supporting technical requirements associated with LSR processing; tooling, equipment, programming and robotics. We require a Process Technician who will be responsible for: Troubleshoot molding process and make necessary adjustments to produce quality parts Set up new molds, running molds and change inserts, seals and bearings on the machine Carry out mold change over and change material, colour etc. Production start up of injection molds and proper handoff Engineering of optimal molding processes on new and existing tooling with an emphasis on zero defects and meeting customer requirements Utilize measuring equipment, tools, and gauges as required Assemble, set up, and program tooling, machinery and equipment Ensure compliance to safety rules, procedures, and company policies Participate and support continuous improvement and lean systems activity Support Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives throughout the facility, ensuring safety, housekeeping and quality standards are maintained Other duties, projects, and tasks as assigned by Manager / Supervisor. Do you have? College Diploma plus apprenticeship or equivalent 2-3 years experience in operating fully automatic injection process end to end Experience with Injection molding units an asset Experience with Quality System Requirements, such as ISO 9001 and APQP

Key focus: Maintain the efficient operation of the production functions Responsibilities: Makes hourly checks at the press and complete the required documentation Makes 100% inspection of rejected or suspect parts Makes the necessary raw material changes by performing dosing equipment changes Material handling of tote boxes of parts from the machine to shipping Load and unload post cure ovens when required Informs the process engineer of quality problems Other duties as assigned by the Shift Leader Perform housekeeping in the production area and the machines Should conduct other work activities according to established job instructions and follow procedures and practices of Starlim North America Corporation Support Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives throughout the facility, ensuring safety, housekeeping and quality standards are maintained Successful candidate will also have: High School diploma or equivalency Good communication skills Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently Commitment to your team and good attendance record Ability to execute a variety of tasks with little supervision Ability to understand customer specifications and quality requirements at Starlim and perform accordingly Must be able to lift 35 lbs.

We require an experienced Quality Engineer who will be responsible for: 1. Ensuring that our products, processes and systems are in compliance with customer s and Starlim North America requirements and standards. Promote customer satisfaction through prevention and continual improvements initiatives, Conduct process and product audits, Timely responses to customer claims, lead root cause analyses, devise and implement effective corrective and preventive actions, 8D documentation. 2. Assist with the design, specification, development, and procurement of inspection, measuring, and testing systems for special machine parts and conduct and coordinate internal/ external audits. Key role as APQP team member, completion of PFMEA, compile control plans, measurement system analyses, assess process capability, obtain IMDS approvals, submit PPAP, review supplier PPAPs, Procure and commission measurement and testing equipment, Product and process validations.

6 3. The implementation of quality control systems while working with Production and Process Teams in order to maintain Starlim s high level of quality. Sustain and improve management systems compliance and documentation, Create work instructions and system documents as required, Work closely with Process Teams to monitoring and improve process performance, Provide Engineering services to the Quality department such as calibration of measuring equipment, maintenance and improvements to equipment. Do you have? Engineering university degree Certified Quality Engineer or ASQ designation 2 years experience as a Certified Quality Engineer or Manager in a manufacturing environment implementing quality systems and training employees Experience with automotive ISO TS requirements, internal auditing Experience with APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, product and process validations, IMDS, PPAP Experience with root cause analyses, corrective and preventive actions, 8D Proficient in MSA, SPC and DOE.
