1 Recruitment of Credit Analyst NABSAMRUDDHI Finance Limited (Formerly Agri Business Finance Limited), a Subsidiary of NABARD is registered as a Non-Banking Finance Company - ND (NBFC) with a balance sheet size of approx. Rs.300 Crore. The company is focussed on rural off farm sector both under Direct lending and bulk lending models. Clients are mainly NBFCs, NBFC-MFIs, Cooperatives, Trusts, companies, etc. Applications for the post of Credit Analyst on contract basis is invited, as per details given below: A. JOB PROFILE The primary duties and responsibilities of the Credit Analyst shall be as follows: i. Credit appraisal and preparation of Memorandum of Sanction i iv. Ensuring the quality of credit appraisal Gathering information about prospective clients/sectors and preparing reports Assessing, analysing and interpreting financial information received from clients v. Prepare spreadsheets, reports, summaries and opinions on new, renewal and existing loans vi. v vi ix. Carrying regular credit monitoring of clients Off-site and On-site Keeping company credit exposures within set risk bearing limits Performing various regulatory compliances Keeping knowledge of key issues up-to-date (for example legal, market risk and compliance issues) x. Making recommendations about procedural/policy changes. xi. x Complete requested reports for the Loan Committee, Audit Committee and the Board of Directors on a timely basis and follow up. Rendering professional advice depending upon the requirement and additional items of work, if any, assigned by NABSAMRUDDHI from time to time. B. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA a. Educational Qualifications: i. Any Graduate with minimum 50% or equivalent marks in CGPA from any reputed institution and Should possess CA qualification having registration with ICAI or MBA (Finance)

2 b. Experience: i. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a reputed and relevant NBFC/Financial Institutions/Banks c. Age Candidates with proficiency in Information Technology with experience of systems implementation viz. ERP, Accounting software will be preferred i. Candidate should have a minimum age of 25 years and maximum of 40 years at the time of submission of application. C. OTHER CRITERIA i. Proficiency in using tools such as MS Office and other computer related functions for day-to-day functioning Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English and Hindi D. PLACE OF POSTING i. The place of posting for the present will be Mumbai However, depending on administrative requirement of NABSAMRUDDHI, candidate may be placed anywhere in the country in future. E. REMUNERATION i. Candidate will be paid consolidated remuneration of Rs.75,000/- per month all inclusive. The amount will be inclusive of all statutory deductions that NABSAMRUDDHI may be required to make on behalf of the contracted staff. Remuneration will be released after making statutory deductions. Higher remuneration may be paid to the deserving candidates, in line with the industry standards and with the approval of the Chairman of the Company. F. OTHER FACILITIES i. A total yearly leave of 15 days (a day accruing for every completed month of service which will expire at the end of the year, with a provision of additional three days adding to the total balance of leave at the beginning of a calendar year) will be available. The Staff on Contract shall not be entitled to any superannuation benefits viz. Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, etc. i No Residential accommodation will be provided by the Company. iv. TA/HA shall be paid as admissible as per extant TA rules.

3 G. CONTRACT PERIOD i. Credit Analyst, will be appointed on contract basis initially for a period of two i years which may be extended by 1 Year based on the performance. The appointment shall be subject to review of performance on half yearly basis. The Company may terminate the contract of service if the performance is found unsatisfactory during the period of Contract. Termination of Contract will be by giving One Month Notice by either side or payment by the candidate in lieu of notice period of One Month. H. HOW TO APPLY i. Original documents would be required for the verification. i NABSAMRUDDHI reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for the interview after preliminary screening/shortlisting with reference to candidate's qualification, suitability, and experience etc. Mere satisfying the eligibly criteria does not entitle a candidate to be called for the interview. iv. Applications received after the due date and time shall not be entertained and will be summarily rejected. v. NABSAMRUDDHI reserves the right to cancel the recruitment for the captioned posts without assigning any reason thereof. vi.
