6 Success of any team depends on two things 1. Understanding the work of the team & having clear and compelling performance goals They share a mission 2. Each person knows how they contribute to accomplishing the goals
7 Team members are aware of each other s talents. They have an understanding how each person in inclined to think, act or feel.

11 Dependent Team Own roles Work under close supervision of a manager Manager is in charge a. Sets the agenda b. Sets priorities c. Sets the rules Each team member looks to the manager to provide a. Work assignments b. Solve problems c. Make most of the decisions
12 Some industries can perform well Others only in short term because all direction comes from the top. These teams usually lack collaboration & freedom needed to adapt, innovate and grow. Task oriented teams where individual growth development & engagement are ignored.
13 Independent Team Each member has their own role Manager is NOT controlling Members work on their own tasks with general direction from the manager

If people fix their weakness they will attain success Because of their independent nature there are limited opportunities for team members to join forces.
