4 Programme Overview The seven week training course will ensure you have the most up to date knowledge and skills, as well as the confidence to return to the corporate world. Upon completion of training, you will be employed full time as an FDM consultant and will work on-site with one or more of our prestigious clients. After this time, you may remain with FDM as a senior consultant, transition permanently to the client or seek opportunities elsewhere with the connections and experience you have gained over the course of the two year programme. 4

6 The Getting Back to Business Programme Criteria Looking to return to work after a career break Have a degree or relevant work experience in areas such as business analysis, project management or project support Have an interest in becoming a business consultant Be able to commit to FDM for two years after the training Be able to work in a full-time role 6

Complete a Telephone Interview Once you have submitted your application, we will call you to assess your suitability in line with our entry criteria. 3. Attend an Assessment Day The assessment day will focus on both your interpersonal and business skill sets. During the assessment you will complete different tasks and exercises so that we can ensure your suitability for the programme. You will gain an understanding of our working environment and get the chance to visit our offices and see the training centre for yourself. 7

We have a number of initiatives which are designed to support you throughout your career journey with FDM including: The Mentoring Programme Connects you with someone from within the FDM community for advice, guidance and long-term career development opportunities Relationship Managers A senior member of the team at FDM who you can contact for additional support Consultant Peer Support Team On the larger client sites, you will be connected with another FDMer who will help you acclimatise to your new role Consultant Support and HR Provides help with any day-to-day queries you may have. You will be assigned a dedicated HR representative who will conduct annual reviews with you based on feedback from the client Account Managers The liaison between yourself and the client. They will help to place you in the role and are your point of call during your time on that client site E-learning Tools A vast library of online learning is available through tools such as Pluralsight and Intuition Know-How to enable continued professional development 10
