3 Diploma in Strategic Leadership & Management Course Overview The primary learning objective of this course is to provide a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary to improve each participant s leadership skills. This eight-week course is organized into four instructional sessions including review and assessment. Each instructional session is delivered using PowerPoint, video and other materials and exercises with a weekly assessment given at the end of each two sessions to test the participant s understanding of the materials presented. the conclusion of the eight sessions, there will be a review session and a final assessment. Each session is closely tied to the academic literature in the areas of Leadership, Organizations, Leadership in Organizations, Strategic Leadership, and Ethics. Participants may, at any time, complete self-directed research and reading in these topics, in addition to the lectures, as a way to enhance the learning experience. Participants are encouraged to form learning teams to share the learning of the course and applying them to current issues and challenges in their workplaces. Duration: The duration of the Diploma shall be for two months. Each working day shall consist of four hours of theory and Practical Work (Morning or Evening), with number of hours at least 150 up to 180 of hours.

4 Course Objectives: To increase understanding of the competencies identified as being key to improved leadership styles To raise awareness of our own assumptions and judgments and their impact on our effectiveness within the team To learn the roles and responsibilities of the strategic leader - director, negotiator, supporter, role model know Leading strategically in a diverse organisation with a generational mix and other leadership challenges To recognize your leadership mindset and to use it to enhance your productions To learn how to apply the success leadership style used by outstanding leaders To learn proven lessons on how to inspire & empower others Eligibility: Prospective participants must meet ONE of the following criteria: University Degree or equivalent OR High School Diploma with more than 5 years of relevant skills through work experience; OR Demonstrate through a phone or in-person consultation that they have appropriate skills to undertake the course. Exams Candidates will be required to complete 4 exams, (Each module will have an examination paper for 2 hours) Candidates will need to achieve a 50 percent mark or above to complete the paper, the exam is held at efficiency training Certificate On successful completion of the program, and having passed the exam, successful participants will receive a Diploma Certificate issued be Global Academy of Finance and Management (GAFM) from USA, credited by International Board of Standards (IBS)
