7 NGS 2019 Goals Goals driving NGS forward Goal 1 Leadership & Enrollment: repeatable and predictable annual enrollment that ensures continued viability Goal 2 Market: well defined NGS footprint/audience and structure to effectively manage that market Goal 3 Effectiveness: focus our resources on our mission and develop metrics to assess our mission accomplishment and drive change Goal 4 Fiscal: establish and maintain financial stability NGS Strategic Plan 7

8 Conduct Quality Systems Management (QSM) workshops and seminars Goal 1: Leadership & Enrollment Provide access to QSM experts Annual sustained enrollment of 350 new students by FY 2019 BSc and MS 96% retention rate; 90% on-time graduation rates DBA 75% retention rate; 50% on-time graduation rate NGS Strategic Plan 8
