1 NOTICE FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF BSVS BUILDING AT HARIBHAU UPADHYAY NAGAR, JAIPUR Bank Baroda, invites application for prequalification Firms/Contractors repute for the following work : Name the Project Estimated cost Construction BSVS Building at Haribhau Upadhyay Nagar, Ajmer Rs. 90 Lakhs Brief description Work Construction BSVS Building having high quality RCC with all services and site development which includes, civil. electrical, sanitary and water supply, flooring and partition walls etc. Architects who are desirous tendering for above work and fulfills following requirements only need to apply. - Average annual financial turnover the firm during the last 3 years, ending 31 st March, 2010 should be at least Rs lakhs (supported with Audited Balance Sheets.) - Experience having successfully completed similar* jobs i.e. last 7 years (as on ) should be either the following : - a) Three similar* completed works each costing not less than 36. lakhs - OR - b) Two similar* completed works each costing not less than Rs. 45 lakhs OR c) One similar* completed work costing not less than Rs. 70 lakhs - Having sufficient experienced technical personnel, technical know-how, construction equipments and other setup and resources, to complete the two storied building project well in time with superior quality materials and workmanship as per standard specifications. Applications by those firms who do not submit Performance Certificates from their previous employers are liable to be summarily rejected.
