My Tasks Widget ZEUS Time & Attendance As a business you don't want your supervisors spending the bulk of their time updating business software. You want them supervising and managing their employees. With the ZEUS Supervisor Dashboard your supervisors can log onto one easy to use screen to edit employee time and punches, review absence requests, run reports and approve time cards. Tracking down Supervisors for approval of me sheets and cards was always my least favorite tasks, now with ZEUS my supervisors have access to all the informa on they need to manage. Supervisors also have access to Group Diaries that display all employees that are already taking off to ensure proper coverage. Employees Time Card The ZEUS Employee Time Card provides all the data a supervisor needs to approve an employee's time card. Displays Punch Exceptions for Early In, Late Out & Forgotten Punches, as well as full day and partial day absences. Time Card Approvals If Payroll & HR Manager have to receive manual time sheets, reports or make calls to supervisors every pay period for approvals. The Time Card Approval will be a great time saver. Administrators can view up to the minute reports on approvals from their own dashboard anytime they like, and can be positive when to process payroll. Group Diary Widget When employees request absences, supervisors have to make sure that proper coverage for their departments are maintained. The Group Diary provides a color coded view of all employees and total # of employees planned for absence time on any given day. Update Navigator Approvals If an employee punches in early, out late or takes a long lunch these are all punch exceptions that should b approved for pay by supervisors. We can also lock employees out from punching in early or late, giving you even greater control over your labor costs and unauthorized overtime. If employees don't request an absence or miss a punch these exceptions still need to be addressed. The Update Navigator will alert supervisors of any of these exceptions and display them by date range. A supervisor can then click on the exception and get instant access to the employee's time card or diary to make sure they want to add the punch or the absence.

THE ZEUS REPORT GENERATOR ALLOWS FOR VIRTUALLY LIMITLESS REPORT VIEWS You can schedule automatic e mails of reports to supervisors and employees for timely decision making and improved communications. Supervisors can also edit reports by pay period or date range revise, and can save favorite reports and access them right from the individual employees time card screens. Hours Summary Report My Diary Widget My Diary allows employees to click on the day or week they want to take an absence, and make a request for that time off. Supervisors automatically receive an e mail and the request displays in their dashboard. Employees can also view the personal diary for the entire year including future requests. Time Card Report Absence Accruals Balances In My Credit balances we can display any absence hours or work hours an employee has accumulated for the pay period or calendar year. This widget greatly improves employee insight on pay and absence balances they have earned. Payroll Report My Punches Widget The My Punches Widget allows employees to enter punch times for missing punches, and make requests that these punches get approved for payment. Employees can also view their entire time card and accept the total hours calculated for final approval of the supervisor. Employees can also view predefined reports.
