1 Position: Location: Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator Mokai Factory Date: October 2018 Position Description Position Information Job Purpose The Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for supporting the General Manager Supply Chain in all duties as detailed below to ensure the smooth running of this department. 3 Key Result Area Duties and Responsibilities Expected Outcomes 1. Procurement and Inventory Generate materials requirement (ingredients and packaging) plans and procurement thereof based on milk supply, sales demand and production plans. Raise Purchase Orders for Raw Materials and maintain contact with supplier through to delivery Supplier liaison on price, delivery and quality Ensure accurate supplier details are maintained in the ERP system. Monitoring shipping times to ensure stock availability Co-ordination of imported goods documentation for 3rd party storage facilities. Management of incoming raw material documentation to include co-ordination with import agent regarding original bills of lading, customs clearance and delivery orders. Also ensuring zoosanitarys are lodged with MPI, FIC s are raised and the technical team have the relevant COA s for release of the raw material Contribute and support the budgeting process through ongoing procurement costs, inventory forecasts, production performance/capacity history and consumable requirements. Maintain inventory levels in accordance with company policy. Identify any anomalies in stock and rectify in liaison with Warehouse Supervisor and Supply Chain Manager Assist with full quarterly stocktake, research any discrepancies and report on outcome. Cyclical Inventory checks. Knowledge on AP ECert in case of absence of Supply Chain Administrator. Strong supplier relationships are developed and maintained. Inventory levels are controlled Procurement practices maintained in line with company policy and procedures. Accurate purchase order/supply and invoice traceability. Timely and accurate stock take process and required intervals

Incident rates and LTI reduction plans are implemented and achieved. The Plant is a safe and healthy environment to work in through good housekeeping and timely identification and correction of all hygiene and safety issues and incidents. 5 Person Specification Qualifications and Technical Skills Experience and knowledge required for effective performance in the position School certificate, 6 th Form certificate or equivalent. Advanced excel and Microsoft office essential Knowledge of Navision or equivalent ERP system preferred but not essential Clear and accurate communication Good time keeping and self-motivation. Maintaining strong relationships with staff. Participation and support in the adoption of strong OSH, manufacturing, quality control and cost control disciplines Participation in the implementation and review of processes and procedures to improve efficiencies and compliance.
